Warhammer 40K 1850pt League
Spring 2011 Starts April 11th
Please read this document in its entirety

To sign up for the League, you must:
Email Greg BrGrim40K at Gmail.com, call me, or talk to me in person. There is a Pay Sheet at the store, to fill out once you get the OK from me. I'm tired of people signing up with Emails they don't check.

Similar to the Spring League of 2011, all opponents will be pre scheduled . You will have 10 weeks to play the 8 games. You may change your list after Week 4.

You Must communicate with your opponents using the Phone. No more sending emails at 3pm on Wednesday to tell your opponent you can’t make it. You MUST CALL THEM.
7:30pm is the cutoff time. If you’re not at the shop by this time, and you HAVEN’T called your opponent, you forfeit. It’s OK if you’ll be there after 7:30pm, JUST LET YOUR OPPONENT KNOW.
Two “No-shows” and I drop you on the spot. Be responsible and call your opponent. You’re going to be playing a game with them for almost 3 hrs, so don’t be scared to call them.

Depending on the number of participants, we will be randomly breaking down players into Divisions (similar to football). Players will play amongst their division and be ranked based on their Win/Loss/Kissing Urbas. Battle points will be accumulated throughout the League to act as the universal tie-breaker.

Playoffs will be conducted as a Single Elimination bracket. Size of which will be determined based on number of participants. There will also be a secondary playoff bracket for those who wish to continue playing. All with prizes. Ranking for the playoffs will be done based off record; much like the NFL. Winners of each Division get automatic entry into the playoffs. The remaining slots will be given to those with the best records at-large.

Again, Failure show up for your game and failure to contact your Wednesday Night Opponent will result in an automatic forfeit; unless due to "acts of god".

I WILL:
• Read, understand, and play by the General rules on the attached sheet.
• I will submit my (1) 1850pt list to BrGrim40K@Gmail.com by April 9th for review.
• I will make a concerted effort to play my games on the scheduled night (WEDNESDAY). If unable, I will notify my opponent by Phone
• I will CC attach the League Organizer (BrGrim40K@Gmail.com) to all Email correspondence between players regarding the scheduling of games.
• I will not cheat or purposefully game the system. Do Not game Ignorance
• I will roll my dice like a true sportsman and will allow my opponent to use my dice if needed.
• I will measure distances with consistency.
• I will check the listed Email address frequently, and respond to my opponents in a timely manner.
• I will report game results accurately and in LEGIBLE hand-writing
• I will pay my League Fee upon registering and completing this document.
• I will treat terrain with respect and PUT IT AWAY
