I have a pretty low opinion of Mantic these days because while they have some winners, most of their stuff is suck. This is especially true of their 40k stuff.

These, however, aren't those minis. These are pretty awesome looking.

I like these a lot, I like there Abyssal Dwarf stuff for the most part. There Undead stuff is awesome and I really like there Orcs and Goblins. Though there high elf stuff is meh for the most part and some of it is horrible. They have a lot of really cool stuff planned coming down the pike and it seems like its getting better.

Mantic is very hit or miss. We were talking about this last night-their early stuff is much more miss than hit, but their newer stuff is on average much better.
