Hey guys,

With the summer here and the shop cranking it's becoming apparent that space, and terrain, are becoming quickly limited. So, I've been thinking it's about time we pitched in a made some terrain of our own, specifically suited for Warmachine. I'm not asking anyone to go out and buy any expensive kits or do anything super complicated. Quite the opposite, I'm looking for scratch built home made pieces we can us to really make our Warmachine games look great.

Here's a few examples of what we need:

*Forests - This includes the "footprint" and the trees. The footprints ate simple enough, some cardboard, paint, and flock. The trees would take a little more, but could be picked up on the cheap or made with armatures and flock.

*Buildings - Probably the most complicated feature. Setting appropriate building could be make with foam core and other materials.

*Water features - Because who doesn't like wrecking a 'jack with a two handed throw. Simple water terrain can be made with some board and clear resin, with a little flock and grit for detail.

*Centerpieces - This would be the really big, cool, and complicated stuff. Shrines to Menoth, Cygnarian storm towers, that sort of thing.

If we all pitched in a did a few pieces each we'd be set. I'm going to star working on Hill, specifically stepped ones so we're not wrecking our models on the sloped ones at the shop. I hope you guys can pitch in and we can get a solid collection going!

Hi Paradox
Post this under the Turn 7 forum also. We are going to have some "club terrain" as special features tend to get beat up.
I have already made 5 small "lakes" and 3 bogs. They are in the club glass cabinet. I hope to have keys made up this week.
Also, I would like to make an old west town suitable for both Warmachine and Malifaux.
I'll be down Thursday if you want to talk a bit.
Thanks
Roy

I'll be there. I hope other people pick up on this.

I have some terrain that I own that I can lend to the club as right now I do not have a home playing space. I'll bring it down and mark it with my name if you guys want it to keep in the club cabinet.
